I relocated to Brighton this year and was fortunate to have a friend who previously worked at Travel Nation and put me in contact with the manager. I spent my adult life as a hairdresser in London and would always find myself taking long chunks of time away to travel to all my dream destinations, and when I wasn’t away I was talking about travel, so it seemed like the obvious road to try and break into the industry and I was fortunate that Kuoni could see my passion and so began my life in the travel industry, before I joined Travel Nation in 2018.

Cape Town. It’s one of the most beautiful places I have visited. Staying in Camps Bay you had wonderful views of Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles on one side and the Ocean on the other.
Denim shorts, Swimwear, Mascara, sunscreen and Passport
San Francisco – because it has a very quirky relaxed feel to it with lots of culture and interesting people. It’s a very open-minded city
Landing in Thailand knowing we would be spending the next 6 months travelling the world
Cape Town, Bali and Croatia
Amora Villa’s Ubud Bali. We had a private infinity pool looking over the jungle and the staff were all so friendly. It was paradise.
Sihanoukville - I loved that there would suddenly be cows walking past, and the local children would always be trying to sell you something with their cheeky banter
Colombia and Patagonia
Massaman Curry in Thailand
Doha on a delayed flight. We spent 18 hours there.
Visiting the great wall of China and getting stuck in so much traffic returning to the airport that the driver started driving on the pavement. We then had to ditch the car and ran through the crazy streets of Beijing. Thankfully we made the flight with 5 minutes to spare.
Full Moon party in Koh Phangan, Thailand
