    Day 1: Arrive in Perth

    On arrival in Perth, you will be met and get a transfer to your hotel for a 4-night stay.

    Perth is famously known for the spectacular beaches that are located nearby, but within the city, there are also many amazing places to discover.

    We’ve included a 90 minute walking tour of Karrgatup (Kings Park) – you will learn about the area’s intriguing past and spiritual significance to Noongar People. Start your experience with the Noongar welcome and ochre ceremony before hearing a Dreamtime story, traditional songs and Noongar language against the backdrop of modern day Perth.


    Day 2: Day trip to Rottnest Island

    You will head out to Rottnest Island today, home to the Quokkas – the unusual marsupials native to the region, with a very friendly attitude!

    You will be escorted to the island by boat and ferry and take part in a guided introduction walk before enjoying a coach tour of the island in air conditioned comfort, visiting historical, cultural and natural points of interest and having a lodge lunch. Free time on the island gives you a chance to go back to your favourite spots before heading back to Perth on the ferry.         


    Day 3: Half day tour to Swan Valley

    Why not head over to Fremantle this morning and take a walk around this quirky town? A visit to Little Creatures brewery is a must as well as a stroll along the stunning shoreline.

    Today we’ve included a half day afternoon tour to Swan Valley. Experience an afternoon of sheer indulgence as you sample your way through Perth’s ‘Valley of Taste’ including visits to 3 quality wineries and an award-winning micro-brewery. You could also sample the moreish cheese and chocolate at the Margaret River Chocolate Company’s Providore store before returning to Perth.


    Day 4: Free day        

    Today is a free day, so why not join a tour to Rockingham to visit the dolphins? Located only 45 minutes away Rockingham offers 3 to 6 hour tours to watch the dolphins in their natural habitat. (September to early June only).


    Day 5: Depart Perth

    Check out of your hotel at any point today and be transferred to the airport to connect with your onward flight.

    Perth is officially the sunniest capital city in Australia enjoying 131 days of perfect sunny weather every year, the average temperature in summer (Nov-Feb) is around 29c and around 12c in winter (Jun to Aug). The South West enjoys temperatures between 25c and 35c in summer and the cooler winter months are perfect for forest walks.
