On arrival at the floating camp you will settle into your luxury tent situated right on the lake before enjoying a Thai lunch cooked fresh at the camp.

After watching the sun go down from your deckchair and a last swim in the river, dinner is served and a chance to chat with your fellow guests about what you have seen that day.

Day 3: Depart Khao Sok National Park

Wake to the sounds of the rainforest on your 3rd day and relax on your lake side balcony or go for a refreshing morning swim! After breakfast head out with your guide on a canoe safari spotting birds and monkeys high up in the trees whilst marvelling at the silence of your surroundings.

Enjoy a last meal at your floating camp before being collected and transferred to your next destination.

Khao Sok National Park is a nature reserve in southern Thailand containing dense virgin jungle, towering limestone karst formations and the man-made Cheow Lan Lake. Its home to rare species such as the giant parasitic Rafflesia flower, hornbill birds, gibbons and tigers.

The best time to visit is the December-to-April dry season. During the June-to-October monsoon, trails can get slippery and flooding sometimes occurs. This can be the best time to spot the big animals however!
