    • 2 nights Sydney

    • 2 nights Hunter Valley

     

    Day 1: Arrive Sydney

    On arrival at Sydney airport, you’ll be met and taken to your hotel by private transfer. The rest of the day is yours to explore and get your bearings, so why not head down to Circular Quay for your first view of the iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge?


    Day 2: Sydney

    Sydney offers never-ending sightseeing opportunities, from the exhilarating Bridge Climb, historic tours of the Rocks to scenic harbour cruises. For some stunning coastal vistas away from the bustling city centre, the Coogee to Bondi walking trail is filled with quaint little coves and bays to cool down as you walk towards Bondi beach.

    We've included a illi-Langi The Rocks Aboriginal Dreaming tour. This 90 minute tour takes you for a leisurely walkabout with an Aboriginal guide in The Rocks in Sydney. It's the perfect way to explore this area and gives you the opportunity to discover how the ancient Aboriginal DreamTime is still alive within the modern Sydney landscape. You'll learn about the billion-year-old harbour, marine environment, sandstone strata, waterways, flora and fauna and how it shapes Aboriginal thought and behaviour.


    Day 3: Sydney to Central Coast

    Today you’ll pick up your rental car from a city depot. It’s a 2-hour drive north towards the central coast of New South Wales, to Killcare, where you’ll check into your next boutique accommodation.

    You have plenty of time to take the drive at your own pace, with opportunities to stop at Manly Beach and other points to break your journey. Your evening is at leisure to unwind with your tranquil lake views at the Bells at Killcare.


    Day 4: Central Coast  

    The Bouddi Peninsula and National Park offer pristine beaches, picturesque coastal tracks and bushwalking with plenty of local plants, wildlife and indigenous rock art. Visit the Brisbane Water National Park which is close by for more walking and cycling trails and fishing hotspots.


    Day 5: Central Coast to Hunter Valley

    Only a short 1.5 hour drive north will bring you into the Hunter Valley region where you will check into the Spicers Vineyards Estate. This luxurious property is situated amidst wonderfully scenic rolling vineyards - an ideal base from which wine lovers can explore the local wineries.


    Day 6: Hunter Valley

    You can choose from a variety of tours today; from a private wine tour that will see you sampling award winning wines  with expert guides to  biking around the vineyard, horse back riding, hot air ballooning or even some pampering in the resort’s spa.


    Day 7: Hunter Valley to Sydney

    Today you’ll make the 2 hour drive back to Sydney today to drop off your car hire either downtown or at the airport depending on your onward travel plans.
