Visit Bolivia and enjoy a fascinating two-week introduction to its diverse and surreal landscapes. Cruise over the blue waters of Lake Titicaca, spot giant green cacti, visit ancient pre-Incan ruins and meet a traditional herbal healer. Then make your way to the world’s highest salt lake at Uyuni, where pure white salt crystalises into beautiful pentagons, contrasted with blue skies, magnesium-green lagoons and thousands of pink flamingos! When you think the landscape can’t get more dramatic, you’ll fly over to the Amazon. Spend two nights in a rainforest lodge where you can hike, canoe and swim while scarlet macaws swoop overhead. Return to gritty city life in La Paz and explore the winding, colonial streets and the Witch Doctor’s market, then take a scenic cable car ride over the world’s highest city before you leave.
