Days 2-11: North India highlights
Welcome to India! The first stop on your round the world holiday is an immersive 10 day North India tour which brings colour, noise, culture and a complete change of pace from life back home.
Your India adventure begins in Delhi, a buzzing city that’s home to almost 19 million. After a night in the city, you’ll head out to a unique desert resort for a charming and authentic local experience. Visit Jaipur, the ‘Pink City’ and see the spectacular Amber Fort; a magnificent complex of palaces, pavilions and gardens built over a period of 25 years. Take a game drive in Ranthambore National Park where you’ll have the opportunity to spot tigers, leopards and jungle cats in their natural habitat. Finish your time here with a free day at to admire one of India’s best-known landmarks, the Taj Mahal.
Days 11-14: Singapore stopover
Next you’ll head to Singapore where we’ve included our Singapore stopover package, comprised of 3 nights’ accommodation, airport transfers airport and a half-day city tour. In the evening, we recommend you head down to Marina Bay to see the stunning light shows that light up the sky. Why not treat yourself to afternoon tea at the splendid Raffles Hotel, or perhaps head up to the Long Bar to enjoy a Singapore Sling in the bar where it was first created?
Days 15-18: Sydney Stopover
With 3 nights in Australia, our Sydney stopover package provides you with just enough time to make the most of you stay. We have included 3 nights’ accommodation and daily breakfast, transfers and an IVenture Pass with access to a host of activities that you can enjoy during your time here. With two full days to explore the city, why not head down to Sydney Harbour to see the main sights including the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge and enjoy alfresco drinks as you take it all in?
Days 18-26: New Zealand’s wine trail
Heading east, your self-drive adventure along New Zealand’s wine trail begins with a stay in Auckland before introducing you to the cultural heart of New Zealand. You’ll pass through Rotorua (home of the Hangi feast) before reaching Napier and Hawke’s Bay, an area renowned for its gourmet food, world-class wineries and art-deco architecture. Journey on to the Wairarpa wine region with its lush landscapes and charming boutique wineries. Continuing to the Marlborough Region at the tip of the South Island, where you’ll encounter yet more spectacular scenery and arguably the best wineries in all of New Zealand. Enjoy local wines and sumptuous seafood on your relaxing cruise through the Sounds. Finally, you’ll head down to Blenheim through a rich patchwork of farming land to reach the capital of South Island, Christchurch, to end your New Zealand road trip.

Days 25-32: Rarotonga & Aitutaki Escape
Flying from New Zealand to the Cook Islands you actually gain a day for yourself as you cross over the International Dateline on your way to the Pacific destination of Rarotonga in the Cook Islands.
Touchdown in the Cook Islands to begin our Rarotonga & Aitutaki Escape. Spend a few days winding down and experiencing daily life on Rarotonga with its beautiful beaches and volcanic interior. You'll encounter a real sense of authenticity here as all hotels are locally owned and run, plus there's also a strong cultural influence. 'Island nights' are a regular occurrence here, offering you an opportunity to get a feel for Polynesian culture through the sharing of food, dance and music.
After a few days, you'll take a 45 minute scenic flight over to the island of Aitutaki, where the spectacular Aitutaki Lagoon awaits. No trip is complete without a boat ride on the lagoon and it's even possible to get married on a little island in the centre!
Day 33-40: Extended Los Angeles stopover
America is the next stop on your trip, with a week in sunny California. Our 7 day self-drive itinerary begins in LA, home of the stars before heading inland to the town of Palm Springs. Explore the desert landscape of nearby Joshua Tree National Park before heading to the beaches of San Diego, the perfect spot to relax before moving north to Canada.

Days 40-47: Discover Whistler and the Rockies
The final country of your trip is Canada. And with its captivating scenery and easy self-drive routes it’s easy to see why the province of British Columbia is a favourite with visitors. Here, we’ve included an 8 day self-drive that takes you from Vancouver to Calgary. Travel through the alpine town of Whistler, synonymous with outdoor activities and stunning views over lakes and mountains. You will stop off in the quaint town of Jasper before driving through the Rocky Mountains to Banff and finally end your road trip in Calgary.

Days 47-53: Self-drive USA: New York to Boston
After your time in Canada, you’ll head over to the East Coast of the USA for a road trip from New York to Boston. Starting with 3 nights in the New York, we’ve included a hop on hop off bus ticket to ensure you make the most of this fast-paced city. A ‘Top of the Rock’ ticket gives you the opportunity to scale the iconic Rockefeller Tower and enjoy amazing views across the New York skyline from the observation deck, located 70 storeys above the city. A 4-hour drive brings you to the art haven of Cape Cod for a night where you can mingle with musicians and artists and enjoy the spectacular coastline before your final, short drive to Boston. Be sure to partake in a popular American pastime here - watching baseball at the famous Red Sox stadium!
