    Day 1: Depart UK

    Depart the UK from your chosen airport.

    Day 2: Arrive Papeete

    On arrival into Papeete Airport you will be greeted by a local representative and taken by shared transfer to your hotel to check in for a one night stay.

    Day 3: Papeete to Raiatea-Taha’a

    After a good night’s sleep after the long journey, you will be ready for your onward journey to the island of Raiatea, just a 45 minute flight away. On arrival you will be greeted and taken to your boutique hotel located on the island of Taha’a only a 35 minute journey away.

    Le Taha’a Resort & Spa is a luxury, boutique property, home to the only overwater bungalows on the island of Taha’a. With just 57 rooms, this hotel offers a personalised experience alongside luxurious touches. Designed to feel as natural as possible, the accommodation is surrounded by mature trees and colourful flowers. The Polynesian influence is strong creating a serene environment perfect for relaxation.

    Days 4-7: Taha’a

    With 4 full days to explore the island, make sure you book a tour to one of the many vanilla plantations located nearby. As the producer of over 80% of French Polynesia’s vanilla, the scent of the Tahitian vanilla orchid is pervasive throughout the island, making for a pleasant and fragrant stay.

    If relaxation is what you need, simply relax on one of the flawless white beaches and look out over the translucent lagoon, or head to the onsite spa for some treatments that are sure to help you leave your cares behind.

    Day 8: Taha’a to Bora Bora

    After breakfast you will be collected by shared transfer and taken to the airport to connect with your domestic flight to Bora Bora.

    On arrival you will be greeted and taken by shared transfer to your hotel where you will check in for a 5 night stay. The rest of the day is at leisure.

    Days 9-12: Bora Bora          

    Arguably the most iconic island in French Polynesia, Bora Bora is one of the most popular islands of Tahiti and is synonymous with luxury and romance. Your overwater bungalow, located directly over the turquoise lagoon has all the creature comforts you would expect from a 5* property alongside a feeling of seclusion and luxury. Unwind in comfort on your decking and let your cares float away as you look out over the captivating landscape of Bora Bora. Cool off with a dip in the ocean directly from your own doorstep and make the most of the in-room spa treatments, available at an extra cost.

    If you fancy getting out and exploring, why not head to Mount Otemanu and join a guided walk? You could also try paddle boarding across the translucent lagoon or snorkel amongst the amazing tropical fish that call this place home.

    Day 13 & 14: Depart Papeete

    You will be collected from your hotel by shared transfer today and driven to the airport to connect with your domestic flight to Papeete and onwards home.

    Day 15: Arrive UK    

    The best time to visit French Polynesia is the dry winter period between May and October, the weather is cooler and rainfall is much less. From November to April temperatures rise as the summer rainy season begins bringing humid, cloudy weather and lots of rain. During this time is not uncommon to experience brief, violent storms or torrential rains lasting a few days at a time. Peak season is July and August, Christmas and Easter school holidays meaning prices at this time will be at a premium.
