Day 1: London to San Francisco

Depart the UK from your chosen airport. On arrival, you’ll make your own way to your hotel, checking in for three nights. Wander down to the harbour and enjoy a drink by the bay, looking out over the famous bridge and the wave drenched rocks of Alcatraz.

    Included: International flights, 4* hotel

    Days 2 & 3: San Francisco

This is your time to explore ‘the city by the bay’. Make sure you take the cable car down to visit the sea-lions at Pier 39 on Fisherman’s Wharf, before jumping on a boat over to Alcatraz Island where you can learn about the past of this notorious prison. Spend your afternoon uncovering the rest of the city - why not browse City Lights Bookstore for a glimpse into the history of Beat Poetry before strolling to Chinatown for dumplings? Alternatively, explore the Mission District with its colourful murals and famous burritos before renting a bike and cycling over the Golden Gate Bridge.

    Included: 4* hotel

    Day 4: Fly to Tahiti

Spend a final morning by the harbour before heading back to the airport for your flight to French Polynesia. On arrival, you’ll be met at the airport and taken to your hotel.

Included: International flights, transfers, 4* hotel

    Day 5: Tahiti

Today is yours to rest and enjoy your hotel, which has a wonderful pool and heavenly views over the ocean. In the afternoon, we’ve included a helicopter tour, to give you a glimpse of Tahiti island before you leave. This flight will take you over the wild, green interior, where high waterfalls tumble down the cliffs and palm trees sway beneath you. You’ll swing back round to the coast for views over the turquoise ocean and Tahiti’s famous black sand beaches before landing 30 minutes later.

Included: Breakfast, 4* hotel, 30 minute helicopter tour

Day 6: Fly to Bora Bora

After breakfast, you’ll be taken back to the airport for your flight to Bora Bora. On arrival, you’ll catch the boat to your resort, and check in for four nights.

    Included: Breakfast, internal flights, transfers

Days 7 - 9: Your wedding at the Bora Bora Pearl

On your wedding day, you’ll be taken by private boat to the Town Hall, where the legal proceedings will take place. Then, you’ll head for a beach dressed with tropical blooms, where your Master of Ceremony will be waiting. You’ll say your vows, exchange traditional Polynesian flower-crowns, enjoy a champagne reception and watch the sunset over the lagoon. It’s secluded island perfection.

Arguably the most iconic island in French Polynesia, Bora Bora is one of the most popular islands of Tahiti and is synonymous with luxury and romance. Your overwater bungalow located directly over the turquoise lagoon has all the creature comforts you would expect from a 5* property alongside a feeling of seclusion and luxury. Unwind in comfort on your decking and let your cares float away as you look out over the captivating landscape of Bora Bora. Cool off with a dip in the ocean directly from your own doorstep and make the most of the in-room spa treatments, available at an extra cost.

If you fancy getting out and exploring, why not head to Mount Otemanu and join a guided walk? You could also try paddle boarding across the translucent lagoon or snorkel amongst the amazing tropical fish that call this place home.

Included: Breakfast, legal wedding, Happy Wedding Package, Le Bora Bora Resort

    Day 10: Fly to Taha’a

After breakfast you’ll be taken back to the airport for the short flight to Raiatea island, before catching the boat over to Taha’a island. Here you’ll check into the luxurious Le Taha’a Resort & Spa for six nights.

    Included: Breakfast, transfers, internal flights

    Days 11 - 15: Taha’a

Le Taha’a Resort & Spa is a luxury, boutique property, home to the only overwater bungalows on the island of Taha’a. With just 57 rooms, this hotel offers a personalised experience and luxurious touches. Designed to feel as natural as possible, the accommodation is surrounded by mature trees and colourful flowers. The Polynesian influence is strong creating a serene environment perfect for relaxation.

With 4 full days to explore the island, make sure you book a tour to one of the many vanilla plantations located nearby. As the producer of over 80% of French Polynesia’s vanilla, the scent of the Tahitian vanilla orchid is pervasive throughout the island, making for a pleasant and fragrant stay.

If relaxation is what you need, simply relax on one of the flawless white beaches and look out over the translucent lagoon, or head to the onsite spa for some treatments that are sure to help you leave your cares behind.

Included: Breakfast, Le Taha’a Resort & Spa

    Day 16: Depart French Polynesia

After breakfast, you’ll be taken by boat back to the airport for your flight home, arriving two days later.

    Included: Breakfast, transfers, international flights

    Day 18: Arrive UK

The best time to visit French Polynesia is the dry winter period between May and October, the weather is cooler, and rainfall is much less. From November to April temperatures rise as the summer rainy season begins bringing humid, cloudy weather and lots of rain. During this time is not uncommon to experience brief, violent storms or torrential rains lasting a few days at a time. Peak season is July and August, Christmas and Easter school holidays meaning prices at this time will be at a premium.
