When booking a new package with us, we have you covered in the following ways:
If, within 14 days of UK departure there is FCDO advice against travel to your destination, if the UK Government orders a nationwide ban on international travel, if your destination is added to the 'red list', or if quarantine requirements are introduced which significantly impact the holiday abroad, we will offer you these options to choose from:
a) Flexibility to change dates or destination(s).
b) Cancel and have a full refund.
c) Travel as originally planned.
When booking a package, you'll have full ATOL financial protection. Furthermore, if you’re diagnosed with Covid-19 in the days before your trip, or have been instructed by the NHS ‘track and trace’ scheme not to travel, you will be able to claim on our recommended partner travel insurance policy, if purchased at the time of booking. This policy also covers all necessary medical emergency and associated expenses if you’re diagnosed with COVID-19 whilst travelling abroad. Please read the policy document for full details.

When you book a package with us, you’ll receive all the benefits of the package travel regulations. If worldwide events take over before your trip starts, we offer you the flexibility to rebook or get a full refund. If you’re already abroad, we’ll get you home safely.
Your money is safe. In the event of any financial failure (airline, supplier or even ourselves) all of our bookings from the UK are ATOL protected (ATOL 9828). You will receive an ATOL certificate when you book and we are also ABTA bonded (ABTA Y1114).
Our recommended travel insurance will cover you against any cancellation or curtailment if you’re diagnosed with COVID-19 or you’re ordered to quarantine with someone who’s been diagnosed. Our consultants can talk you through the policies available.
