To view your booking (flights only) you will require two items of information:
- Your reservation number - this can be found on your booking confirmation document within each individual flight as a 'PNR ref'. Please enter your 6 digit 'PNR Ref' into this field. Your booking may be made up of one or more 'PNR references', so please enter the relevant reference for each flight. Only scheduled carriers are supported within the Viewtrip system.
- Your surname - in this system, surnames and titles appear without spaces or hyphens. So, if your name is Ms Sarah Edgebury-Smith it appears as EDGEBURYSMITH/SARAHMS. In this case please enter EDGEBURYSMITH with no hyphen or space into the surname field.
