How to book your trip

When booking your trip with us, you'll communicate directly with your own travel consultant by phone and email, not only at the booking stage, but for the whole duration of your trip.

Once you're happy with the quote we've prepared you'll need the following information to go ahead and make the booking:

  • Date you will depart
  • List of places you want to visit
  • First and last names of each traveller exactly as they are spelled in each traveller's passport

How much deposit will I pay?

A minimum non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is payable on flight only bookings. A higher deposit may be required depending on the type of ticket purchased, your consultant will advise you on this. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is normally required for hotels, tours, vehicle hire, bus and rail passes and cruises.

Once a deposit has been paid, every round the world booking is double checked by a manager or supervisor before we send out your confirmation. Among other things this will give details of each flight, airline, departure and arrival time and city.

Check your booking details carefully

By their nature, the bookings we make are complicated. It is very important that you read through the booking confirmation that we send you after your deposit has been paid as it will be much easier to make changes at this stage than after final payment.   

When do I need to pay the balance of my booking?

Full payment on flight bookings is normally due 2 weeks after deposit, or sooner on some ticket types. We will advise you of final payment dates for your flights and any ground arrangements when you book with us.

Can I make card payments online?

You can call us to make payments in GBP or EUR, or make card payments in GBP securely via our website.

Do you make surcharges for card payments?

No. Unlike many other agencies, we offer 0% fees on debit and credit card payments made using the following payment methods in GBP or EUR:

  • Debit cards 0% fee: Visa, Delta, Solo, Switch
  • Credit cards 0% fee: MasterCard, Visa
  • American Express 0% fee
  • Bank transfer 0% fee
  • Cheque 0% fee

When will I receive my tickets and travel documents?

Your tickets will be issued when your final payment is received. E-tickets for flights and other travel documents will be emailed to you as soon as possible after you have paid your final balance.
