Sea Change Villas is a small and intimate resort that started out life in 2003 with three Beachfront Villas, the vision being to create a private and upmarket alternative to the more conventional hotel style accommodation in Rarotonga. Sea Change is located on the southern side of Rarotonga, the main island in the Cook Island group, nestled on the shores of stunning Titikaveka lagoon, known for its white sandy beaches and beautiful azure lagoon, perfect for safe swimming, snorkelling and kayaking.
