Restaurants and Dining
Manava Beach Resort and Spa offers two restaurants and one bar.
The Mahana'i Restaurant helps you start your day in typical Polynesian surroundings with a tasty buffet breakfast where you'll find all the tastes and aromas of Moorea. The refined ambience of the restaurant is in keeping with the creations of the chef, a delightful combination of the flavours of France and the tastes of Polynesian cuisine, and no meal would be complete without one of the pastry chefs mouth-watering desserts. There are also special dinners and theme evenings, notably the Polynesian evenings each wednesday, with a traditional show and fire dances. The gourmet restaurant, the Matiehani at the Manava Beach Resort & Spa has recently been turned into a top-of-the-range Grill. The menu, different and more affordable, features a selection of meat, fish and seafood barbecued on the beach. Enjoy the mild Polynesian nights in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and choose between dining on the beach, on the terrace or in the restaurant air-conditioned dining room. Autera'a Bar...The exotic setting of the poolside bar is the ideal place to find yourself amongst friends and enjoying such entertainment as how to make Polynesian marinated fish, flower crowns and how to dance Tahitian-style. The terrace bar welcomes you to the shade of it's umbrellas all day long and invites you to choose from a range of light dishes and Polynesian specialities.
Manava Beach Resort and Spa boasts an infinity-edge 7500 square foot swimming pool along with adjacent jacuzzi, sun-loungers and umbrellas. Alongside this there is complimentary use of snorkelling gear, kayaks, table tennis, badminton and volleyball. There is also an activities desk that can help you book further excursions such as horseback riding, scuba diving and dolphin and whale watching.
If you are in the mood for some relaxation the Manea Spa is nestled in the heart of the resort, the Spa has been conceived and built in the pure tradition of Polynesian well-being and traditions.
