Le Meridien Tahiti has two bars and two restaurants for guests to choose from.
La Plantation Restaurant provides refined French culinary art and sensual Polynesian specialities as well as international cuisine in an open-air restaurant situated by a Carp-filled pool, over-looking tropical gardens. The resort proposes special theme buffet nights several times a week as well as a Tahitian dance show and live entertainment at the weekend.
Le Carre Restaurant has impressive views of the capturing lagoon and the sister island Moorea at Tahiti's most gourmet dining experience. The Le Carre Restaurant offers an intimate setting accompanied by calming songs of waves and tropical birds while you indulge in a large selection of wines and creatively refined dishes.
At L'Astrolabe indulge in exotic cocktails within a candlelit ambience that features a mezzanine atmosphere overlooking Plantation Restaurant and tropical gardens. This newly renovated bar includes natural coloured wood and woven furniture mixed with brightly coloured accents that enhances the Polynesian theme.
Le Pool Bar provides a variety of refreshing drinks and delicious snacks in either a thatched hut with bar seating or al fresco poolside seating under shady coconut trees, situated right by South Pacific's largest sand bottom swimming pool.
On friday evenings embrace Tahitian culture and enjoy the experience of 'Magic Polynesienne'. An inviting seafood buffet and traditional show performed on stage by the award winning 'Tahiti Ora'.
The Wellness Centre is an intimate space, devoted to relaxation, where individuality and pampering prevail. The Centre offers a wide range of massages, selected facials and body treatments including nail care. Highly trained and passionate, the therapists here will share the riches of Polynesian pampering.
Located on the top floor of Le Meridien Tahiti, experience the on-site art space 'L'Atelier'. L'Atelier reflects Le Meridiens passion for supporting local and international culture whilst offering guests a unique, interactive experience with the personalities behind these works of art.
Le Meridien is also proud to present it's luxurious botanical garden. Home to more than 300 species of exotic plants, the garden is not only a place of relaxation and exploration but also an ideal place to learn about the lush vegetation of French Polynesia.
Le Meridien Tahiti is also the first hotel in Tahiti to offer cooking classes. The classes offer guests hands-on instruction in culinary techniques ranging from pastry creations to traditional Polynesian entrees.
