Zachary's Private Dining Room is a beautifully decorated, intimate space which looks onto the exquisitely designed hotel cellar and caters for up to 10 guests in a private party. Diners may eat á la carte or create a special menu with Executive Chef Geoffrey Murray. Sommelier Werner Wentzel will match food to wines from the award-winning Zachary's wine list on request. Weather permitting, guests are able to dine al fresco on Zachary's Terrace next to the pool area, with its breathtaking views of the golf course and the Knysna Lagoon framed by the Outeniqua Mountains. Breakfast, lunch and informal dinners are served here as well as light meals throughout the day. Children are welcome and are catered for with special Kiddies menus.

Apart from the Pezula Championship Golf Course, guests have access to the Private Estate including the tennis courts, multi-sports oval and golf driving range at the Field of Dreams, and the Barnyard & Stables where guests meet for horse riding, nature trails through the indigenous forests and canoe trips on the Noetzie River. A shuttle service from the hotel also takes guests to secluded Noetzie beach where the Castle awaits.
