Changing your dates while you are travelling
Once you have left the U.K. dates on Round the World tickets can normally
be changed for free or a very small charge (e.g.around £5). Date
change conditions will be stated on your Travel Nation booking form.
Reservation changes can made at any time, though just as with booking
your round the world ticket in the first place, the further in advance
you do this, the better your chances will be of getting the dates you
want.

Route changes
Again, with most Round the World tickets you can also change your route
whilst travelling. Obviously the new route has to fit in with the conditions
of the your original ticket. Airlines charge between £50 - £100
to issue you with a new ticket. Route change costs will be stated on
your Travel Nation booking form. Please remember that airline offices
at airports are often not geared up to for this type of transaction,
so it is better to make your way to airline city offices. It is also
advisable to do this well in advance of your next flight as some airlines
seem to take a few days to re-issuing tickets in a new routing.

Important note: If you fail to show up for a flight on which
you are booked, airline reservation systems are likely to auto-cancel
all of your subsequent flights.Whilst these may be re-booked, it may
not be possible to get back your old dates. You are advised to let the
airline know beforehand if you won't be taking a flight.

with the airline locally, we know you might not always be able to make
contact with an airline or you might simply prefer to deal with us.
If we can help you, a small charge (in addition to any airline's fee
) will be made for this service as follows:

£25 - £50 per person to set up a re-route (Important
! If we re - route your ticket, you must see go into the relevant
airline's office to get your old ticket re-issued!) |

much information regarding how flexible you are as possible. If you do
this when you are in a place where you are able to access your emails
regularly, it makes life easier too !
